Detoxification

I've made a blog about my disorder and I recall last December saying I was going to start eating right. Well, I haven't been doing well, sadly and I am incredibly unhealthy. Today, I came back to my dorm from class and I looked at my body- I didn't like what I saw. Though yes, I am skinny I still do not like being 10 days from being 19 and having the body of a 12 year-old boy. I completely lack curves and I have no fat on my bones, it's embarrassing and sickening. People tell me all the time that I am "blessed" but I do not feel blessed with a body that cannot retain weight, I don't think people understand how embarrassing it is to be wearing size 0 jeans and still need a belt!
Today I decided I was finished! I'm tired of having to suck my stomach in, I'm tired of the pressure bad foods puts on my tummy, and I am tired of the pain.
I want you to take this journey with me-- even though I do not struggle with being over weight, people who are trying to lose it can do this too. What we're doing is getting rid of all the bacteria in our stomach and small intestines, the bacteria that essentially makes us crave things that make us fat or in my case, sick.
This is what you need:

  • Distilled Water
  • Lemon
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Honey (or all natural maple syrup)
If you have work or school, I wouldn't suggest drinking only this, however, if you have a weekend where you don't need to go anywhere or see anyone, I'd suggest consuming nothing except this drink.
WARNING: Doing so will cause you to urinate often and your bowel movements soft and more difficult to contain, make sure you're near a restroom.
All of this will also lead to you having to be very careful that your first meal isn't big, you could kill yourself. This detox will shrink your stomach and engorging in a massive meal will be a VERY bad idea.
If you chose to eat, be careful that you're able to maintain self control. If you eat or drink anything with a large amount of sugar, toxins, or carbs you'll seriously undo everything this drink does. The point is to flush out all the bad stuff, don't put ANY in.

Almonds are a great go-to snack for when you're feeling hungry, mix them with raisins or dried cranberries for a sweeter taste, it's a healthy and delicious snack. Sliced cucumbers, carrots, celery, etc. Fruits are good in small amounts for sweet cravings & un-breaded, unseasoned, and un-sauced meats are a good thing too. Chicken, Turkey, Steak, Ribs, YUMMM!

This is me before I started the detox. As you can see I have barely any curvature on the side. Do I look 19? No, I didn't think so. My legs are very skinny and I barely have hips. If I sucked my stomach in, curves would appear, but that's not what I am going for. I want to look good no matter how I am standing.

I need this picture to change! :)

Do it yourself, if you want, e-mail it to me and we'll embark on this journey together.
If you need recipes, I have those too.

GOOD LUCK.
